Data Architect - Wellington

As part of our Innovation and Digital team, you'll play a key role in shaping how data is structured, accessed, and used across the organisation to enable smarter decisions and better experiences. This is a Permanent Position and based in our Wellington Office.

Why this role matters

This is a foundational role where you'll bring clarity, structure, and direction to how MAS uses data. You'll design and evolve our data architecture, ensuring it's scalable, reliable, and aligned to business needs - from day-to-day operations through to advanced analytics. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across the business, helping translate real-world needs into practical, well‑designed data solutions that support decision‑making and performance.
