Job Overview: Data Annotator

We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Annotator to support the training and refinement of AI models. This role focuses on labeling large volumes of textual data with high accuracy, following defined guidelines

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Annotate and label large volumes of text data to improve machine learning model performance
• Follow detailed guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in data labeling

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree (any major, but strong emphasis on critical thinking, reading comprehension, and analysis—e.G., Humanities, Psychology, Law, Marketing, Translation, etc.)
• C1 or C2 level English proficiency (advanced mastery)
• 3–4 months of experience in data annotation or LLM evaluation (text-focused preferred)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback)
• Multilingual capabilities
