Position Overview

Location: Ho Chi Minh city

Role Purpose:
As the Data Analytics & Insights Manager, you will spearhead measurement and analytics processes for Omnichannel Marketing initiatives. You will focus on ensuring data quality and integrity, building a unified HCP master view, and generating actionable insights to inform and optimize omnichannel execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a unified HCP master data view by consolidating data from various sources.
  • Define lead/lag KPIs, evaluate channel and content performance, and analyze stakeholder behavior.
  • Design real-time, data-driven dashboards using business intelligence tools to track campaign and initiative performance.
  • Build and execute short- and long-term measurement plans for campaigns, assessing channel ROI and recommending enhancements.
