Key Responsibilities Operations Management Manage daily dark store operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch. Ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to delivery SLAs. Monitor order flow and optimize operational efficiency. Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks. Inventory & Quality Control Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
