What You'll Do:
- Direct Impact: Handle customer inquiries and provide first-level technical assistance via a CRM portal.
- Commercial Support: Manage the end-to-end process of creating quotations and processing orders using SAP .
- Product Expertise: Offer tailored advice based on catalog knowledge to help customers find exactly what they need.
- Supply Chain Liaison: Expedite orders and communicate delivery timelines to ensure beyond WOW customer satisfaction.
Your Qualifications:
- Languages: Bilingual or Proficient Danish + Advanced English .
- Location: Must be based in Spain (100% Remote).
- Mindset: Customer-oriented with a commercial attitude and a genuine interest in technical products.
- Commitment: We are looking for game-changers ready to grow with the project for at least 2 years.
