About the Role
Work remotely from Barcelona as part of a customer service team supporting Danish‑speaking clients of a global industrial automation and technology company. You will be the first point of contact for technical and commercial enquiries — delivering accurate, professional support in a structured remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries from Danish‑speaking clients via phone, email, or chat — covering product information, orders, and account queries
- Provide accurate and timely responses, escalating complex technical cases where required
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
- Consistently meet quality and productivity KPIs
