Provide top-level strategic account management to our DACH independent agencies to ensure clients retention and satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with our agencies at all levels, including C-level.
Advise on clients’ digital strategy and educate agencies on Criteo’s ecosystem.
Analyze a wide range of performance metrics to identify personalized solutions on a client level and make sure client goals are reached (ROI, ROAS…).
Optimize accounts to improve performance and action growth opportunities to maximize revenue.
Negotiate additional budgets along with crosselling new solutions.
Create personalized presentations to drive impactful quarterly meetings.
Accurate pipeline management and forecast.
Deliver against revenue growth goals in line with Criteo quarterly object...
