1. 全面负责大堂吧日常运营管理，包括营业统筹、服务标准执行、成本控制、库存管理及营收数据分析；
2. 制定并落实团队排班、绩效考核、服务培训及能力提升计划，将部门经营目标分解为可执行动作并督导落地；
3. 主导宾客服务全流程管理，及时响应并妥善处理客户投诉及运营突发事件，持续提升顾客满意度与品牌美誉度；
4. 统筹酒水、咖啡及茶饮出品质量与服务规范，优化产品结构与动线设计，推动服务体验与经营效益双提升。

1.大专及以上学历，5年以上五星级酒店餐饮经验,3年以上主管岗位经验;
2.精通酒水、咖啡及茶饮知识，熟悉大堂吧运营流程独立完成成本控制、库存管理及营收分析;
3.负责团队排班、督导、考核及培训工作，能将经营目标分解为执行方案并推动落地，确保服务品质达标;
4.具备优秀的内外部沟通协调能力能独立处理宾客投诉及突发事件，维护品牌形象;
5.形象气质佳，服务意识强，抗压能力好，具备职业素养与持续学习能力。
