OneTalent is recruiting an OT Cybersecurity Specialist for a leading international group in the food and consumer goods industry, with operations across Europe, USA and Africa and a portfolio of well‑known brands.

The role is based at the corporate HQ in Barcelona and sits within the IT Transformation & Cybersecurity team.

THE ROLE

The selected candidate will be responsible for the cybersecurity and network security of the company’s industrial environments (OT/ICS), acting as the bridge between factories, IT teams and external OT security partners.

This position combines OT cybersecurity, industrial network security, project coordination, OT governance, vendor management and IT/OT convergence. It has a strong international scope across multiple manufacturing sites and plays a key role in ongoing OT security transformation and standardization initiatives.
