Key Responsibilities - Perform 24x7 security monitoring across multiple client environments using SIEM, EDR, NDR, cloud security and web protection platforms.
- Triage, analyse, and validate security alerts to distinguish false positives from genuine threats.
- Investigate incidents involving malware, phishing, web attacks, account compromise, DDoS activity, and suspicious network behaviour.
- Escalate confirmed incidents to senior analysts or incident responders in accordance with established playbooks and SLAs.
