Analyze customer requirements to develop project schedules, set milestones, and ensure on‑time delivery.

Apply sound judgment when evaluating options and making decisions.

Conduct comprehensive quality control reviews to maintain high standards across the project lifecycle.

Develop and deliver executive‑level briefings and presentations for senior leadership.

Use research and analytical tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Manage POA&M items to track progress, compliance, and risk mitigation efforts.

Maintain security documentation, authorization status, and continuous monitoring within eMASS.

Advise customers on improving policies, processes, and procedures.
