About the role



We are seeking a skilled Cutting Technician to join our team at SYC Philippine Corporation. As a Cutting Technician, you will be responsible for operating cutting equipment to precisely cut and prepare materials for our fabrication and construction projects. This is a full-time role based in our Pasig City, Metro Manila facility.



What you'll be doing



Operate and maintain cutting equipment such as oxy-fuel, plasma, and laser cutters to cut a variety of metals and materials to specification



Interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents to determine the optimal cutting patterns and techniques



Measure, mark, and cut materials according to specified dimensions and tolerances



Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on cutting equipment to ensure optimal performance
