Customer Support with Norwegian for SAS Airlines (relocation to Warsaw, Poland)

Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • You’ll be the friendly voice (or message!) our premium customers hear first when they need travel help.
  • Guide our partners through booking flights, using online services, picking payment options, and enjoying loyalty perks.
  • Jump in and save the day when someone’s travel plans hit a bump.
  • Chat or talk with passengers — whatever helps solve their problem fastest.
  • Create real connections. We want customers to remember you — the awesome human who helped them out.

Requirements

  • Speak Norwegian fluently (C1) and your English is solid too.
  • Be positive, patient, and open to whatever the day brings.
  • Listen first, then speak clearly and confidently.
  • Be organized, on top of things, and can juggle tasks without dropping the ball.
