Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Understand and effectively explain the applications of various abrasives and material finishing techniques

+ Perform machine installations and follow up to verify proper machine setup and alignment.

+ Provide customer support via telephone for application and operational issues.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve machine problems at customer sites to improve and enhance equipmentperformance.

+ Develop technical documentation, including training manuals,workbooks,and sample projects forclassroom use.

+ Provide handson training and support to customers and internal teams to ensurepropermachineoperationadherence to best practices.

+ Diagnose and resolve machineperformanceissues. suffice inconsistenciesandprocessinefficiencies.
