Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer support to clients.
  • Responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, answering inquiries, processing requests, documenting interactions accurately, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • The CSR is expected to follow company procedures, meet performance metrics, and maintain professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months BPO experience in a voice/call account
  • Must have excellent English communication skills
  • Amenable to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
  • Willing to work on a night shift schedule
  • At least HS Graduate / SHS Graduate / College Level
  • Can work under pressure and handle difficult calls professionally
  • With stable internet connection for virtual interview
  • Can start on December training
