**Position Overview:**
This is a heads-down, detail-driven support role focused on data entry and order processing within a fast-paced customer support environment. You’ll be supporting the CSR team by entering and managing customer order data in Salesforce and SAP, helping keep everything moving accurately and on time. Ideal for someone who picks things up quickly, stays organized under pressure, and isn’t afraid to ask questions to get it right.
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
+ Enter and manage customer purchase order details in Salesforce and SAP
+ Review incoming documentation and ensure data accuracy and completeness
