Position Overview
Location - Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur
Pay - 15000 per month
Responsibilities
• Provide customer support for Tally and company software products.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate technical issues when required.
• Assist customers with software usage, troubleshooting, and basic training.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and support tickets.
• Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution and follow-up. Skills Required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Tally.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
