Job Duties - Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Support daily administrative operations and coordinate customer arrangements.
- Assist in operational support including quotations, invoicing, parts coordination, and service documentation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements - Min. GCE ’O’ level or equivalent certificate
- Min. 2 years experience in Customer Service
- Prior Experience in Automotive industry and Autoline system
