Responsibilities Support customer service and sales teams. Handle incoming communications across multiple channels. Act as a brand ambassador when engaging with customers. Maintain filing systems and manage records. Coordinate between Jurong and Sungei Tengah offices. Prepare quotations, contracts, delivery orders, invoices, and other documents.
