Position Overview
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Customer Support Executive. Candidates with excellent communication skills and prior experience in BPO or Hospitality are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate / Graduate from any discipline
Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO or Hospitality industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and rotational shift environment
Shift & Working Details
5.5 working days per week
Rotational shifts and rotational week offs
