Our client, a Bio Tech company, is looking for a Customer Support Engineering – 10 for their Sterling Heights, MI location. Responsibilities:

+ Expedite non-confirming material back to Delphi same day. Input data into Incident Reporting System (IRS).

+ Provide technical support and system understanding.

+ Where required, coordinate additional containment. Be an integral part of the response teams.

+ Monitor/negotiate Global Customer Base Return Parts Per Million (PPM) rates.

+ Provide/coordinate special event activity. Develop customer relationships in the plant to improve the product and maintain or increase the business.

Requirements:

+ The successful candidate will serve as the link between the plant and the manufacturing facility.

+ The candidate will also be required to re-verify parts within the computer system.
