Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers.
- Provide support to candidates and assist with recruitment-related queries.
- Guide users on self-service portals and resolve issues efficiently.
- Log and track cases accurately in ticketing systems.
- Follow escalation procedures for unresolved issues.
- Ensure compliance with security, GDPR, and company policies.
- Meet SLA targets and deliver excellent customer service.
