We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Customer Support Administrator to join our client based in Swindon.
Role
As an Administrator within a small Customer Support Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional support. You will be the first point of contact for their customers and Field Sales Team, for all enquiries and the processing of orders. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
Responsibilities
* Processing customer’s orders via email and phone, with speed and accuracy.
* Provide the customer with support on their products, offering solutions when needed and enhancing the customer experience.
* Resolve customer enquiries efficiently.
