About The Opportunity

A great opportunity to join this well-known FMCG business that has been distributing its delicious products in Aotearoa for many years. The role is part of the NZ country leadership team, interfacing externally with major supermarket retailers and internally across NZ commercial & business teams and the broader ANZ supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Demand and Customer Integrated Supply Planning (ISP) team
  • Drive process efficiency and optimize the decision‑making process in daily operations
  • Lead and develop a team of about 10 people

Qualifications

  • Experience managing Customer Logistics, with demand planning skills (IBP knowledge preferred) and warehousing and logistics expertise to manage 3PLs
  • Customer management experience in a developed market environment
