POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) with proven experience in the healthcare industry. This is a dual capacity role, driving engagement, satisfaction, product adoption and customer retention while supporting new customer acquisition efforts.
