Position Overview

We’re hiring someone who already uses it to understand their customers more deeply, spot risk and opportunity earlier, and show up to every conversation better prepared — and who wants to keep building that edge in a role where relationships are everything.
This is a Customer Success role owning a portfolio of accounts across the EUR region and wider EMEA markets, with a focus on M&A, Deals, and corporate transactions. You’ll be the trusted advisor clients call when the deal gets complicated — and AI is how you’ll stay one step ahead of what they need next.
