Experience:
2–6 yrs in Customer Success / Account Management (SaaS or HealthTech preferred)
What you’ll do:
Own relationships with hospitals & clinics — onboarding, training, adoption & renewals
Help clients use our products to
improve patient communication, patient engagement & ROI
Drive usage, upsell new modules & identify growth opportunities
Partner with Product & Tech teams to solve customer needs
Be the trusted advisor for hospital administrators & CXOs
You should have:
Strong communication skills
Bachelor's degree
