Key Responsibilities: ● Entering requisitions into the VMS on behalf of the hiring managers. ● Liaising with suppliers when new requisitions are received and ensuring candidates are attached to the new requisitions. ● Processing extension requests, system onboarding, updating requisitions with any new information, system off boarding ● Responsible for cleaning VMS data, i.E. the supplier/candidate files in the VMS with the correct assignment information ● Mailbox management, liaising with suppliers who are in communication with the hiring managers ● Create new supplier registration process The candidates should have experience in VMS tools, ex: Fieldglass (creating job postings), talking to suppliers, and candidates, and guiding hiring managers as the MSP in the US and Canada.
