Customer Service Unit Advisor - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Belfast Join the NI Housing Executive in Belfast and play an important role, using a range of IT systems to record and manage information, support the implementation of policies and procedures, and contribute to team performance.
About the role: £13.69 per hour Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 5.00 pm) 37 hours per week Holidays: 35 days pro rata Duration: Temporary, ongoing What you'll be doing in this role: Customer service queries via telephone and / or at the public counter. Providing advice and guidance for the public across a comprehensive range of housing services. Accurately diagnose and record repairs for Housing Executive tenants. Work in partnership with others to resolve issues.
