PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Do you love helping people and making their day a little easier? As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the friendly, trusted voice for patients and customers of a leading USA medical company. Every call is a chance to make someone feel heard, informed, and cared for. You'll answer questions, sort out billing queries, and point people in the right direction when they need extra support - all while representing a brand that puts people first.
