JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication in order to identify their needs and provide solutions
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers by using and referring to the methods, tools, and resources on hand

- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in the moment to de-escalate customer issues and resolve complaints
