Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders & warehouse for shipment readiness and delivery schedules Prepare and handling of day-to-day documents for delivery Assist & update customers with stock queries and shipment schedules Liaise with warehouse for shipments Prepare monthly reports for KPI Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Assist for monthly stock take.
