Customer Service Representative

Great Direct Hire opening for an experience Customer Service Rep for this recycling/scrap company in Traverse City!

The Customer Service Rep will greet customers, build rapport quickly, educate customers about materials (quality and prep), identify, weigh, grade and price metals, explain pricing to customers and similar. The Customer Service Rep will be working mostly indoors in the front area and occasionally will go into the warehouse and outside. Utilize computer to manage orders and resolve customer questions. 

Schedule will be 7:00a-4:30p Mon-Fri with frequent Sat 7-noon (particularly in summer busy season). Some flexibility/rotating of weekend hours

Pay range $20-$24/hr depending on experience. Apply now!
