Oxford Solutions is working with a growing manufacturing client with an opening for a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, onsite role located just north of downtown Pittsburgh. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, managing orders, and supporting a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer quote requests and purchase orders via phone, email, and online systems
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details, resolve issues, and provide status updates
- Manage order entry, scheduling, and expediting to meet delivery timelines
- Coordinate with suppliers to place purchase orders and track deliveries
- Assist customers with product selection by providing basic technical information
- Partner with internal teams including warehouse, sales, and engineering to ensure smooth order fulfillment
