What You’ll Be Doing
+ Handle inbound calls about payments, escrow, website help, and account questions
+ Make outbound calls to remind customers about upcoming or recent payments
+ Assist customers with making payments over the phone when needed
+ Provide clear guidance and resolve issues during the first call whenever possible
+ Enter and update customer information accurately in internal systems
