Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Handle custom concerns and complaints.
  • Manages the customer service team - people management
  • In-charge of creating and investing incident reports related to sales transactions.
  • Oversee the full customer survey workflow: conducting participants, conducting surveys, gathering feedback, and preparing reports
  • Oversees the customer service team in handling calls, emails, and inquires from customers.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve issues or concerns.
  • Monitor and release customer Christmas giveaways
