Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Handle custom concerns and complaints.
- Manages the customer service team - people management
- In-charge of creating and investing incident reports related to sales transactions.
- Oversee the full customer survey workflow: conducting participants, conducting surveys, gathering feedback, and preparing reports
- Oversees the customer service team in handling calls, emails, and inquires from customers.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve issues or concerns.
- Monitor and release customer Christmas giveaways
- In - charge of handling customers backload transactions.
- Creates reports on the productivity and output of the team, audit findings for sales transactions, customer survey results and reports related to customer transactions.
