Our Customer Service team is growing!

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to help us manage and support client accounts across different regions, ensuring smooth handling of orders, customer data, shipments, and queries.

Main tasks:

  • Receive and process customer orders

  • Update and maintain customer data

  • Respond to customer queries and solve problems

  • Collaborate with teams such as Commercial, Supply Chain, and Logistics

  • Support customers from other regions when needed

  • Join customer meetings and help with complaints or disputes

  • Keep documents and records organized
