Job Description
The Customer Service Rep. Role is a key part of the process to insure customer orders and product troubleshooting is being taken care of. This person joined with a team of reps, will take inbound calls and emails from internal partners to support customer requests and service requests. They will help set up engineers to service the client, order replacement parts and look up information for internal partners and customers.
-Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls. (10-30 calls a day + emails)
- Create service requests for repair, preventive maintenance, assist, Depot, and non-repair.
- Identify and report potential complaints per criteria on service orders.
- Pursue and dispatch service orders to Field staff within designated timeframe.
- Create Installation requests and coordinate hardware installation communication.
