As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for OEM vehicle owners, managing and resolving customer cases efficiently while representing the OEM with professionalism and ensuring an excellent service experience.
The team provides after‑sales support, which means you will answer calls and emails related to after‑sales inquiries (e.g., general vehicle information, cancellations, incidents, replacement vehicles, additional charges, orders, subscriptions, etc.). The position is based in Barcelona and includes an initial on‑site adaptation period; after successful completion it becomes hybrid (50% remote).
