Overview

The LCBO is seeking Summer Customer Service Representatives to work between May 4, 2026 and September 7, 2026. The role is on‑site, reporting to the Store Manager, and involves delivering an engaging customer experience in our retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the cash register system promptly, courteously, and responsibly, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Ask for donations for partner charities under the Spirit of Sustainability Campaign.
• Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys.
• Receive products, replenish shelves, and present face‑up products.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety, including cleaning spills and broken bottles.
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs/18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods.
