What You Will Do In This Role

• Take incoming user requests
• Solve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledge
• Solve requests/incidents related to more specific products/apps like Soundtouch & Bose Music
• Maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to Users
• Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress

Your Qualifications

• Are proficient or bilingual in Dutch and have an advanced level of English
• Have excellent customer care skills
