Robert Half is working with a growing organization looking to add a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to their team. This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues while ensuring a positive customer experience
+ Process orders, returns, account updates, and service requests
+ Maintain accurate documentation within CRM systems
+ Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer concerns
+ Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
