Role Overview:

Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in customer service, or logistics, preferably in an international or export-focused role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems /Microsoft office
• Proven experience in customer service or similar role
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.
