Responsibilities


+ Answer incoming calls and assist both internal and external customers with outstanding customer service

+ Generate reports and identify discrepancies in data

+ Create service work orders

+ Prepare operating reports and provide administrative support for various departments including Distribution Centre management

+ Assist in the training of new associates
