Randstad is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a 6-month contract in Downtown Montreal. This position prioritizes excellent client service and digital tool proficiency for daily operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling approximately 180 calls a day, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Your strong customer service skills and proficiency in standard office software will greatly benefit the team. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, offering consistency and a potential path to permanent employment.
