Position Overview
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 6 months’ experience in a customer service
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and data capturing)
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team
- Good time management and ability to multitask
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Process orders, returns, and customer requests accurately
