Position Overview
Supports and enhances the overall UL experience for internal and external customers. Provides general customer service and administrative support. Responds to general non-technical requests from customers. While this role is primarily related to Invoicing and Billing, and Accounts Receivable, it involves cross-functional internal collaboration across the UL Solutions global enterprise.
+ Receives inquiries from customers from various sources (Service Cloud, phone, and email), answers questions and/or resolves individual problems primarily related to invoicing.
+ Coordinates and develops customer relationships by handling customer inquiries on invoicing, general UL information, etc., and supporting a smooth communication between customers and UL departments
