Position Overview
Job Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to internal & external client inquiries.
- Assist clients & trainers with training arrangements.
- Address client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with clients and foster loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments & trainers to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities as needed.
Job Requirements

- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office).
