Job Description

• Handle high volumes of inbound customer inquiries and follow up with timely, high-quality service.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution and meeting service standards.
• Manage client communication and complete assigned tasks within agreed timeframes and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Open to SHS graduates, undergraduate, associate degree holders or bachelor's degree holders.
• Minimum 1 year in a voice account
• Amenable to work onsite
