Job Description
- Handle high volumes of inbound customer inquiries and follow up with timely, high-quality service.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution and meeting service standards.
- Manage client communication and complete assigned tasks within agreed timeframes and quality expectations.
Qualifications
- Open to SHS graduates, undergraduate, associate degree holders or bachelor's degree holders.
- Minimum 1 year in a voice account
- Amenable to work onsite
