The Role & What We Are Looking For Our Customer Service Officers provide excellent customer service over the phone to Capricorn members across Australia and New Zealand. There is no cold calling or sales as part of this role, the focus is on providing a solution focused approach in supporting our members when they call.

We are looking for candidates who can work a rotating roster with shifts starting from 6.15am.
